program?

one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training,
non-specific sports training, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates,
sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during
the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on
time. Camp starts at 5:15 a.m. and 6:15 p.m (3-day only)
When does the next Adventure Boot Camp Start?
See our annual calendar.
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 or 8 lbs), water
bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase mats
and weights at Walmart, Sports Authority or other sports equipment
stores. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for
our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses
prior to the start of camp.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more
confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being.
The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and
thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By
losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength
while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who
share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a
healthier mind and body.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental
well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same
passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be
finished with your training before the rest of the world has even
gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299 for 20 hours of
instruction! That's just $14.95 per hour. Where else can you get
premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?
Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $120 per hour for their
services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness
instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the
cost.
What if I can only make a few days, is a
pro-rated amount available?
Yes, the pro-rated cost is $25 per class and
require a minimum commit of 10 days (Can be used at anytime during the
session). We find that many just select from the full payment and
make up the days through the other camps.
Other options:
You can also choose to come three days or four day per week for a
discount of $50 to $100 respectfully. Note: Even greater results occur
when you
enroll in the full 5-day-per-week program.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If for any reason you have to cancel prior to the first day
of
camp you will receive a full refund less $10 processing fee.
Should you have to cancel after the first day of camp
you will be charged $75 cancellation and documentation fee.
Note: The Pre-Camp Evaluation constitutes the "first day of
camp". Should you have to cancel after the pre-camp evaluation
but before the Monday start day, your refund will be deducted $100
cancellation fee.
Important: After the
Monday start day there are absolutely no refunds, regardless of how
many days you participated. This is non-negotiable.
What if I miss a day of Boot camp? Can I
make it up or get a discount if I can't come on one of the days?
No. Just like college, if you missed or got
sick, the school did not discount or refund your tuition. There
are no "Make-up days". Why? Because we believe that in
order to be successful you have to commit and the first commitment is
to make all boot camp days. We do not offer discounts or refunds for
missed days or quitting the program, no matter how many days you have
participated.
What if it rains or snows?
Living in St. Louis everyone knows that the
weather
can be crazy, however this is boot
camp and we
will still be out there. We will be under cover but still out
doors. We hold camp regardless of the rain or
snow. The
Army says, "If it ain't raining, we ain't training". So get in
the game.
We are now accepting pre-registration for the
next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach
prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you will
be notified to make an appointment.
